Our History

So-Cal Speed Shop opened it’s first store in Burbank, California right after the end of World War II in 1946. Though it struggled at times, it eventually grew into a full-fledged speed shop that serviced the needs of car racers throughout Southern California. In 1950, the owners The So-Cal Speed Shop Racing Team and proceeded to push the limits of racing; reaching speeds that no other car had met at that time. As time went on, the racing team and the speed shop expanded to what it is now, a shop that provides for the auto needs of car enthusiasts around the country.

In October 2004, So-Cal Speed Shop opened it’s Las Vegas location and has become a fixture in the classic car scene in the area. In August of 2005, the store was expanded to accommodate it’s growing presence in the Las Vegas area. So-Cal Speed Shop Las Vegas continues to grow and is expanding into the online market with a web store that people all over the world can use.
